RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Cruzan Empire purchase. Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all our products are final sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong/damaged items. (see Damaged Products Policy).
Defective or Damaged Product: If products arrive damaged or defective from a carrier, the customer will need to submit a claim for damaged or defective merchandise it must be made within 5 days of purchase. Please contact Cruzan Empire email at Cruzanempire@gmail.com. Cruzan Empire will send a replacement once the request is processed. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so Cruzan Empire can forward to our Carrier.
Stolen or Lost Shipment Claims: Cruzan Empire will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
SHIPPING
Processing time will take 1 business day. All orders received after 5PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping times occurs after the processing period has finished. 1-3 business days for cosmetic items. 3-7 business days for hair extensions. This time does not include the processing period. Expect delays during sales periods and holidays. In a rush? Expedited services are available. Please inquire for Rush pricing and shipment options.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
