RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Cruzan Empire purchase. Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all our products are final sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong/damaged items. (see Damaged Products Policy).
Defective or Damaged Product
If you have selected USPS Priority Mail or Express Priority at the time of check out and the products arrive damaged or defective from the carrier, the customer will need to submit a claim for damaged or defective merchandise directly through USPS which must be completed within 5 days of delivery. Please contact Cruzan Empire at Cruzanempire@gmail.com after the claim has been submitted. Cruzan Empire will send a replacement once the claim has been approved through USPS. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged/defective product which Cruzan Empire will keep on record.
Stolen or Lost Shipment Claims
Cruzan Empire will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
